We offer returns within 15 days upon receiving the item and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges and Shipping protection are non- refundable. No returns on custom orders.
We also offer exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. Exchanges must be equal or higher amount from the original purchase. Please note that all customized orders are not eligible for an exchange. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that engraved and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. All parcels are shipped via USPS. If other shipping carrier is preferred, must call our office @ 1-844-8333473. Additional fee may apply.
If you have purchased shipping protection and your item has been lost in the mail please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Add in the subject shipping protection to start the process of filing a claim.
