How much does custom jewelry cost?
Less than you’d expect. Because we design and craft in-house and sell direct, most custom pieces come in around half of what a traditional jeweler charges. You get a guaranteed price with your design preview, before anything is made.
How long does it take?
You’ll see a design preview within 2–4 working days of sending your idea. Crafting time depends on the piece, and we confirm it with your quote. Have a date in mind? Tell us and we’ll plan around it.
Can I see the design before I pay?
Yes. Nothing is made until you’ve approved a design preview and a price. Want to change the stone, the metal or the engraving? Just say so.
Do you work with lab-grown diamonds?
Both lab-grown and natural. Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to mined ones and cost far less, so your budget goes further. Every diamond we set is certified.
Can you redesign my old jewelry?
Absolutely. Heirloom redesigns are some of our favorite projects. Tell us what you have and what you’d love it to become, and we’ll show you options.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That’s where most people start. Share the type of piece and a rough budget, and our designers will come back with directions for you to choose from.

Yes. Every finished piece ships insured and tracked, in the US and worldwide.
