Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped you will recieve your tracking number via email. So make sure to keep a close eye on your email! Normally shipping times take 2-4 days from the time you get your tracking number. If you purchased a custom peice please give us 5 business days to make and then ship your product.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Custom products will require 5 business days other products will ship in 1-2 business days.

How is my order shipped?

All orders will be shipped through USPS insured mail and will require a signature upon delivery.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on any orders over $150.

Is signature needed on delivery?

Signatures will be required for all orders. Unless customer contacts us prior to shipment telling us otherwise.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days and store credit within 60 days. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind this engraved and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are returns free?

Yes all returns are free as long as long as they are returned with in the 30 day return period.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed once we have recieved the returned product. Once refund is processed it will be back in your account within 3-5 business days.

Try For Free Program

How does the Try For Free program work?

Try for free works just like it sounds. You can checkout without being charged and you will have 7 days from the date of delivery to try them on at home. Keep the items you like, send back the ones you don't. We place a hold on your card for the duration of your trial, but will only charge your card for the items you keep.

Was my card charged when I placed the order?

We validate your card through an authorization for the full amount of the order. You’ll see a pending charge on your statement, but rest assured that’s not a charge. We’ll only charge your card for the items you decide to keep.

When does the trial period begin?

We track when the package was delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You have until the end of your trial period to postmark returns.

How do you know not to charge my card for the items I’m returning?

We provide an ample amount of time for any returns to arrive at our warehouse before charging your card. Once the items are returned, we inspect and update your order status so you will not be charged.

What if I decided to keep the items but then want to initiate a return?

No problem! Our regular return policy is still in effect.
