Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive your tracking number via email. So make sure to keep a close eye on your email! Normally shipping times take 2-4 business days from the time you get your tracking number. If you purchased a custom piece please give us time to make and then ship your product.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Custom products will require 14-21 business days to be made and other products will be ship in 3-5 business days depending on the product availability.

How is my order shipped?

All orders will be shipped through USPS. Shipping Protection must be purchase for product insurance (restrictions apply). For overnight shipping please call our customer support, additional fee may apply.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary USPS First Class Shipping. Must call our Customer Support for other shipping method available. Charges may apply.

Is signature needed on delivery?

Signature will be required for all orders with Secured Shipping selected upon placing an order.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns with a 10% restocking fee within 10 days and store credit within 60 days. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind all engraved and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed once we have received the returned product. Once refund is processed it will be back in your original method of payment within 3-5 business days depending on your bank institution.
