I have wanted a nameplate necklace for years and heard about your company on social media for an affordable, great quality piece. When I received it, the nameplate itself was much smaller than I expected based on how it appeared on models in the pictures, so I was disappointed by that initially, but I decided to embrace it and have been wearing it daily. I’ve found that the nameplate has bent several times and I’ve had to bend it back in to place, so not sturdy at all on the name plate. And then this morning the chain broke apart. I’m so sad, I’ve only had it maybe 6 weeks! I am on a budget and it took a lot for me to save up for this necklace. I thought it would be of sturdy quality and last since I was paying several hundred for it rather than buying the cheaper versions I’ve seen online.
