Your customer service is amazing. I first ordered a 16" one initial with diamond necklace and although I loved it, it was too short. I emailed the company and got a reply that same day. I wanted to exchange it for a 20" and was told that was fine, that I would only need to pay the extra money that it would have cost me had I originally ordered the 20" and they would send me a pre-paid shipping label, which I got that the next day. I sent it back and it's now been about 10 days and I just received an email telling me my new (longer) necklace is on it's way. I can't wait to wear it!
