If the David Von product that you ordered needs a repair please email support@davidvon.com with your order number, images of the item that needs repair, and a brief description of what happened to the item. We will then send you the instructions for the process of repair with an exceptions to our Silver, Gold Filled, and CZ collections. Charges applies.
