David Von has the worst customer service!!! First, someone called me to say that standard shipping would take 14 days (even though I live in LA) and that the only other option was next day express mail. I ended up paying nearly $70 for shipping ($18 for "protection" and $50 for express) - which is outrageous! Then, I gave the necklace to my wife who wanted it in a different color. I emailed customer service and have been getting the runaround about making the exchange. I've called several times this week and have found it impossible to get customer service on the phone. David Von's founder, Jake, has said "If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, please let us know by replying to this email. I've instructed our team to work tirelessly to make sure that you are 100% happy." I am 0% happy and my expectation is nothing less than for David Von to live up to Jake's brand promise, and provide an expeditious and satisfactory resolution to my problem.
